Core licenses are included and tied to the hardware for the lifetime of the recorders. Tied-to-hardware licenses are preloaded on or added to Axis hardware (expansion licenses) They are valid for the lifetime of the hardware, and you can't use them on other hardware. We offer Core and Universal expansion licenses if you want to add extra licenses to a server. The expansion licenses are also tied to the server for the lifetime of the hardware,
